My story behind Pet and Wildlife Portraits
My love for animals, both wild and domestic, is my inspiration for creating these portraits. It is so satisfying when you receive praise from the clients. It is not about the praise for the work, the reward is sharing the happiness the portrait brings to their lives. Maybe the painting is of their favorite furry friend or one who brings a fond memory of a pet from the past. Sometimes, they want to enjoy an animal from the wild which needs to run free, but they can capture it in their hearts by having the portrait in their view. I enjoy highlighting the animal’s character and loving gaze by bringing emphasis to their eyes. As they say, the eyes are windows to the soul. Animals really can communicate with their eyes, so let’s keep the conversation going.
